Has anyone requested premium processing of I-140 based on expiry of the sixth year of H1B. My 6th year H1B expires next month and I think I am eligible for premium processing.

As soon as your wife used EAD, her H4 status was gone.
For you it would still be safe to continue working on H1.
Your advantages are:
1) Having dual status (H1B and AOS) is better than one.
2) You do not have to worry about EADs for yourself.

My only question with your scenario is the how did you think that even without the current scenario of frontlog how can you expect to receive the I-485 receipt in one week.
Based on your timeline your PD will be current in Nov, and you can still file after your return, why take chances.

They will be able to provide you an emergency AP. This has happened in the past. If you can prove the emergency, you can get AP in a few hours.

They should file form I-130 for you immediately and once your priority date becomes current, you could file 485. You need to maintain status until you file 485. You should not wait until they become U.S. Citizens. You should lock your priority date and it will carry over even if they are U.S. Citizens. Family immigration is on a much faster track now.Take a look at past few visa bulletins to see.

Does your RFE for paystubs have any time-bound constraint on it? Meaning, do you have to respond within certain period of time, or can you take indefinite time in responding.
The reason I am asking is because there can be different solutions for these two different scenarios.

1) If I work for a company A ,Can I get my Green card processed by Company B by future employer option
2) If so when do I have to leave company A or is there any way I can continue with Company A and get my GC processed through company B.

Yes, it is possible to get from Company B.
You need to join company B when you get your GC.

Hi,
Looking at your current thread and all other previous threads related to the same topic, it seems clear that you have to start calling the concerned department as to why you have not yet received your applicant's green card. Looks like it is being processed as we speak based on the "Note from VB" you have posted. It's still better to call and find out. I am not sure who and what number to call for FB visa enquiries - but the data you give appears that your application is "ripe" for the plucking. There are lots of thread here suggesting how to get an info pass to talk to an Immigration Officer face to face. Search for the threads.
When you pose a question, can i suggest -
1. Give all the information that the readers needs to answer. For ex: we don't know which country the applicant is chargeable to.
2. And give all information in one thread. Make up your mind what your concern is and post the question(s) in one thread. Try not to put some question out there and hope it sticks.
